Monthly Basic Plus Commission (Travel Reimbursement, Cell Phone Allowance, Commission, Performance based discretionary Bonus, Market related, Negotiable)
Our client who specializes in the manufacturing of custom-made vehicle canopies is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.
You will be required to have your own reliable vehicle as extensive travel is required for this position.
Requirements:
A professional communicator, well-groomed, with an outgoing personality and the distinct ability to positively engage with people on their level.
Perceptive and tactful, capable of building long-term business relationships with clients to maximize sales.
Well-organized and self-disciplined.
Duties
Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients, building trust.
Coordinate with various teams so that the customers' expectations are met.
Continuously assessing clients' and business objectives.
Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
Help management with company-wide strategic planning.
Sales budget and strategic planning in line with the business plan.
Upsell the company's services and solutions where applicable.
Take a client's requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
Excellent negotiation skills which are aligned with company objectives and mandates.
Keep abreast of the company's product range and services to provide customers with the most effective solutions.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and professionally.
Solving problems whilst maintaining a positive relationship between clients and companies for future business ventures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
Excellent people skills and intuition of customers' business needs.
Calmly dealing with customer complaints and issues.
The ability to work independently and within a team.
Good PC and software skills.
Proven sales successes and client retention record.
Making targets and generating new business.
Sales performance track record.
Qualifications
Grade 12.
Your proven sales and client retention experience is more important than a qualification.
However, a tertiary qualification may be advantageous.

The most important is your outgoing personality and ability to positively engage with people on their level, combined with a strong work ethic.
7% commission up to R100k and 10% commission thereafter.
