Join our dynamic CFO Services Department and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding services.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to review and manage capacity, planning, and project execution within the CFO services department. This role involves coordinating with the POD team, overseeing Zoho project implementation, assisting with various projects, and ensuring effective document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity and Planning: Review capacity on Zoho, ensure alignment with reality, and verify POD team planning meets requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee Zoho project rollout, collaborate with the OPS team, and assist with projects identified by the head of CFO services.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Review individual planning for reasonability on a quarterly basis.
  • Scheduling: Plan and schedule drives per POD.
  • Capacity Management: Manage capacity with POD leaders, track timesheet actuals vs. budget, and investigate variances.
  • Project Management: Execute and manage 90-day projects.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare data for weekly Level 10 meetings and follow up on action steps.
  • Software and Documentation: Review and reconcile CFO software subscriptions with Finance, and maintain effective document management for shared drives.
  • Client Billing and Training: Review client billing for reasonability and ensure training compliance.
  • Onboarding and Client Management: Facilitate staff and new client onboarding/offboarding, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Database Accuracy: Maintain client database accuracy on Zoho CRM and other platforms.
  • Client Communication: Conduct weekly client calls and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Document Management: Facilitate signing and organizing client documents.
  • Company Culture: Promote a positive company culture, foster teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
