Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team, focusing on political campaigning.

As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to voters and constituents to gather information and support for political causes.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to voters and constituents to gather data and opinions on political issues.
  • Engage in persuasive conversations to encourage voter registration and participation in elections.
  • Collect and accurately record data obtained from each call into the campaign database.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions with the public.
  • Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided for each campaign while also engaging in authentic conversations.
  • Meet daily and weekly call quotas to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and campaign managers to strategize outreach efforts and improve performance.
  • Stay informed about current political events, issues, and campaign developments.
  • Provide feedback and insights to campaign management regarding call outcomes and voter responses.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center roles or political campaigning is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of political processes, campaigns, and election procedures is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak campaign periods.
  • Commitment to maintaining neutrality and professionalism while representing the campaign.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.

The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
