Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on promoting our extensive range of quality used cars.
  • Build rapport and engage customers by providing information about the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit our showroom.
  • Follow-up on leads and maintain a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales role is an advantage.
  • Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
