Dance Studio Administrator

Job Description:
As a Studio Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.
From managing communications to handling finances and maintaining relationships with families, your responsibilities will be diverse and essential to our studio's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for all new students, collaborating closely with the Enrollment Coordinator.
- Maintain and update contacts in our software program to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure all rosters are correct, students are enrolled, and payments are processed efficiently.
- Provide financial support and bookkeeping duties, including creating and sending invoices, recording payments, and following up on unpaid invoices.
- Schedule and charge for private lessons and studio rentals, optimizing revenue streams.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering stationary, studio equipment, uniforms, and merchandise.
- Compile and generate weekly reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage and record all systems and processes for the business to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Build and nurture relationships with families by attending school and company events, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain composure in fastpaced environments.
