Your Role
Implementation of regional market strategy
Responsible for sales of comminution products and achieve sales target in the assigned area.
To visit existing customers and distributors in the market, and build positive relationships for continuous sales.

To identify, research, contact and visit prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

To coordinate the proposal, participate in bidding, negotiate the contract and conclude sales orders to meet the sales target.
To assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Regional Manager.
To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.
To develop and enhance good working relation with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
Coordination with project management, engineer and aftermarket team, supporting various project activities in the assigned area.
To interact with project team to manage the risks of the project while maintain customers' satisfaction.
To coordinate with aftermarket team to provide good services to customers.
To keep relationship with proposal team to ensure the efficiency and quality of the proposal.
Communication with engineer team in obtaining product support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company policy.

To succeed in this position, you will need
University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, process engineer.
More than 3 years' experience in sales of machinery industry.
Experience or knowledge of comminution equipment is a plus.
Highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to network with various counterparts in a matrix organization and get things done.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal
- oriented and energetic.
Ability to work relatively independently based on set guidelines or instructions
Ability to develop sales and service sales plans.
Promotes and sells the organization's comminution equipment, spares and services

Strong sales negotiation skill, and it is critical to be able to identify and follow-up on prospective customers and projects.

Good consultative abilities and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge and experience with CRM and/or sales reporting tools and development.
Ability to implement services sales strategy and understand the related financial requirements.
Ability to use sales metrics and analytics for fast decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills.
Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results driven and customer focused.
Works independently to complete given tasks.
Ability to analyze a market outlook and perform accordingly.
Ability to analyze a market area competitor development report.
Willingness to travel as required (>50% of the time).
Good English/French communication skill.
Good computer skills including Microsoft skills.
Hold a current South Africa C Class driver's license
High level of personal, professional integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
