Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to serve as the face of our brand and drive retail and wholesale sales through offline marketing channels.

As the Public Relations and Wholesale Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing
amiiraa, fostering partnerships, and promoting our products through various marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:

Public Relations and Brand Representation:

  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and Public Relations Manager for the
    amiiraa brand, embodying our values and ethos in all interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, retailers, and partners, effectively communicating our brand story and product offerings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and expos to showcase our products and establish
    amiiraa as a trusted and respected brand in the modest fashion community.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to introduce and present our products to retail and wholesale clients across all marketing platforms.

Wholesale Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive wholesale sales growth, including identifying new wholesale opportunities and expanding our network of partners.
  • Collaborate with the management, finance & sales teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for maximizing wholesale revenue and market share.
  • Communicate directly with wholesale customers and ensure the fulfillment of wholesale orders.

Offline Brand Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotions, including radio and TV advertisements, pamphlet distribution, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with marketing team, advertising agencies and media partners to create compelling marketing materials and secure placement in relevant outlets.
  • Organize and participate in brand promotions, expos, and events to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to retail locations.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with influencers, organizations, and brands that align with
    amiiraa's values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to leverage mutual brand exposure and drive sales growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and longterm collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales & marketing is mandatory, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand messaging effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and departments, fostering positive relationships and promoting cohesive teamwork.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and drive sales.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through offline marketing channels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Events planning experience, while not mandatory, is preferable.
  • Microsoft office and basic computer literacy skills.
