- _ Diploma/Degree in Fleet Management/Logistics_
- _ Must have 4 years of long-distance fleet controlling experience_
- _ Must be fluent in English_
- _ Must have experience and exceptional knowledge in fleet controlling(non-negotiable)_

  • Responsibilities:_
- _ Management of the assets and staff under your control and the meeting of objectives set in the budget process._
- _ Maximum Utilization of Vehicles, planning of loads, routes, and fuel._
- _ Ensure service Level Agreements are met._
- _ Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements._
- _ Accident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation._
- _ Ensuring that all equipment/machinery is serviced within the allowed service intervals and that planned COFs are updated._
- _ Maintaining a high level of discipline, within the operations. Ensuring staff under your control maintains a high level of service to customers._
- _ Preparation and submission of leave schedules in such a manner as to not affect customer requirements._
- _ Administrative duties and Document control._
- _ Solving queries and problem-solving_
- _ Management of Drive-Cam as well as Tracking reports._
