You will be working as Master Data Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Longmeadow, South Africa.

In this role you will be reporting to Sales Support Manager and will be responsible to operate master data lifecycle
- master data creation, update and archive/deletion processes by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain and provide support for master data management processes

Your responsibilities

:

  • Ensuring that master data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility
  • Understanding the impact of the Master Data maintained and providing guidance to others regarding master data
  • Documenting, reviewing and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance
  • Assisting in the overall solution to quality issues by participating in the elimination of nonconformance and adopting the approach of "doing it right the first time"
  • Acting as master data super user, providing support and training to other Master Data Specialists and Master Data professionals in own area of responsibility and suggesting

Your background

:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Experience in Experience in SAP and Sales Force
