Our client is looking for a Master Planner to join our dynamic team. The Master Planner will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain and production processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, meeting customer demand, and driving overall operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive production and supply chain strategy.
- Create and maintain a master production schedule that balances production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Continuously monitor and analyze production and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain and production performance.
- Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software).

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning and production scheduling.
