Responsibilities:

General

  • Work closely with clients, proactively managing material, deadlines, and performance
  • Work closely with studio, external collaborators, and project managers to produce your work
  • Working with the campaign management team to oversee the implementation of the strategy and plan ensuring that all elements are included to maintain a smooth running of a campaign
  • Actively manage the relationship with the client and find ways to grow existing accounts
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends and technology
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients and studio
  • Create and participate in the development of campaigns, strategies and emarketing plans that will give our clients competitive edge
  • Effective management of campaign managers/buyers
  • Manage campaign objectives and continuously make recommendations to ensure campaign goals are met
  • Review analytics and metrics, provide reporting to clients
  • Compile and supply daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports for clients
  • Lead meetings and deliver presentations
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with a project team
  • Prepare the necessary and relevant documentation to ensure a successful project
  • Organise and lead your project team
  • Build strong relationships with our team ensuring campaigns are integrated and holistic
  • Managing and overseeing the financial media budget ensuring campaigns/suppliers/media owners are delivering on time and within budget
  • Ensuring campaigns are reaching or exceeding client's expectations regarding performance
  • Prepare project proposals, quotes, timelines and assign resources
  • Set, track, and report the progress of jobs using appropriate project management tools
  • Identify risks and effectively mitigate these with stakeholders
  • Manage project dependencies and workstream
  • Communicate expectations, risks, issues, and progress on job
  • Negotiate with departments to source the right skills and resources for the job
  • Review, test and approve the final delivery of your project
  • Compile clear briefs to external collaborators
  • Compile accurate cost estimates
  • Compile accurate briefs for external and internal resources to deliver on projects
  • Assist director in driving sales.
Digital

  • Understanding of SEO, affiliate marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, PPC, Paid Media
  • Understanding of business marketing indicators
  • Experience in highly competitive niches is advantageous online stores, aggregator sites

Strategy

  • Combining understanding of clients' businesses and Digital/TTL marketing environment, to refine thinkthrough strategies that address key marketing challenges and deliver value
  • Pursuing innovative solutions and ideas for clients.
Client & Agency Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining close client relationships with key clients
  • Fostering integration across agency disciplines to ensure cohesive delivery on projects
  • Advocating our mission, culture, confidentiality, standards etc.
  • Supporting the team in managing inbound and outbound marketing efforts
  • Acting as point of escalation for clients
  • Growing business organically through client retention, understanding client business challenges and objectives and defining goals for new business development.
Project Management

  • Overseeing team workflow to ensure client requirements are met and of a high quality
  • Meet with clients and develop accurate briefs to their objectives
  • Compile project approach document and timelines and calendars
  • Coordination of campaigns
  • Scope additional resources required and source potential resources for project
  • Manage workflow and obtain relevant client approvals along the way
  • Supervising team for marketing campaign planning
  • Monitoring projects and writing client reports of delivery status
  • Maintain client and partner relationships
  • Presenting work when required
  • Leading the briefing process to ensure work is delivered accurately and timeously
  • Quality check on all work from suppliers before sending to clients.
Financial Management

  • Managing client portfolios with regular reporting to MD
  • Handling budgets, management of cashflow and forecasting for the business, invoicing clients
  • Follow up on all outstanding payments for all departments
  • Management and account reporting for supplier payments
  • Manage partner and supplier negotiations
  • Effectively costing projects and presenting CEs to client
  • Effectively managing associated financial processes.
Marketing Focus

  • Driving new business through existing clients and new business pitches
  • Creation, development, and management of effective marketing strategies and plans in support of the overall Company strategy in response to client's overall objectives
  • Working with the campaign management team to oversee the implementation of the strategy and plan ensuring that all elements are included to maintain a smooth running
