What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:


You'll be based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, working on a campaign that involves inbound and outbound collections, handling back-office tasks, and addressing general inquiries.

As someone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold a culture of resolving issues on the first contact, escalating when necessary.

Using your expertise, you'll efficiently manage customer queries with a focus on customer satisfaction. Each interaction will reflect your commitment to compassion and understanding, ensuring every customer feels valued. Your role will involve responding to calls promptly and professionally, following campaign guidelines and utilizing specified scripts and systems.

You'll report to a Team Manager who, like many of our managers, started as an advisor, offering firsthand support and mentorship.

Success in this role means meeting or exceeding various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, both individually and as part of a team.

Are you someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service? Do you hold a Grade 12 certificate and have 1 year experience working in an international telecommunications or utilities contact center?
