Strategically plan the solution landscape.

Understand the SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform roadmap around Cloud products and how it integrates with on-prem.

Understand the business processes for which the solution architecture is being developed.

SAP ECC HCM Certification.
SAP Success Factors CertificationArchitecture Knowledge and/or certification (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) will be beneficial.
Experience 10 + years of Solution Specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job.
Cloud experience will be beneficial.
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience is essential.
Experience in designing and validating a complex architecture.
Experience integrating SAP solutions into a broad array of technologies and architectures.
Experience and knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrades.
Must be able to demonstrate experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives that delivered proven business value.
More than 10 years of SAP implementation and/or solution design experience.

Knowledge/ Skills Extensive knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP Business Suite, SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform, and the required architecture and infrastructure to support them.

Functional/technical proficiency with at least 6+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Ability to identify and challenge solution scenarios by taking the business environment into account.
Provide recommendations and guidance on the SAP platform and tools.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Web Services, API's and other integration patterns.
Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and services.
Ability to influence the IT Strategies ensuring collaborative alignment.
Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Communication, Collaboration, Facilitation, and Negotiation skills.
Knowledge of some or all of the following SAP technologies is beneficial:
