Recruitment Administration
Working closely with our recruitment consultant and the business development consultant

  • Restructure CV using an appropriate template
  • Conducting relevant background and reference checks
  • Maintaining and updating employee records

Tender Administration

  • Monitoring of new tenders on a daily basis by searching the tender ePortal and prepare a summary in respect thereof;
  • Ensure that the tender documents are completed and are accurate
  • Liaise with all team members to ensure accuracy and compliance as per client specifications
  • Provide administration support with tenders / proposals and monitor a time line
  • Maintain accurate records and file manual & electronic copies of all the tender data, contracts i.e. correspondence, quotations etc.
  • Keep up to date documentation of all tenders and contracts register
  • Completion of Supplier Database Registrations as and when needed;
  • Follow up on the expiry of supporting documentation (Tax Clearance Certificates, BBBEE, etc.);

Finance Administration and Office Support (PA)

  • General query handling;
  • Ensure that all queries are handled and resolved
  • Generating invoices and quotations on SAGE.
  • Ensuring that all timesheets are processed timeously and accurately
  • Submission of PAYE, UIF and VAT
  • Manage admin for SETA projects

Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fourways, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
