The Marketing Partner will be responsible for conducting thorough research into the industry, understanding the needs and preferences of our target audience, and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our specific business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into the flexographic printing machine industry to understand the target audience, the competition, and the market trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our specific business needs.
  • Implement the marketing strategy, including creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials, and managing social media channels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust the strategy as needed to optimize results.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the sales objectives and targets.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales, ensuring that the minimum goal of 10 machines sold annually is achieved.
  • Provide regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for businesses in similar industries.
  • A deep understanding of the flexographic printing machine industry, including the target audience, competition, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A selfstarter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work for at least a year or until the minimum sales goal is met.

Salary:
R100, R500,000.00 per year
