The Role
The Cyber Security Manager will support the ISMS, ensuring policies, processes and systems are maintained and enhanced.

This also includes the responsibility for sustaining the Group's ISO/IEC27001 compliance, as well as security requirements to support regulatory compliance.

The role requires developing and documenting security test plans, guidelines and procedures. Devising methods for automating testing and streamlining security test processes.

Reading and analysing global security standards, policies and recommendations and adjusting internal controls and requirements to make continuous improvements to the Group's security practices and posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership building strong stakeholder relationships with various business partners. Building effective risk management strategies with each area to enable business objectives in a secure manner. Effective line management of security professionals, providing both technical and leadership guidance. Supporting career development of direct reports.
  • Security programme management managing of the ISMS and successful ISO/IEC27001 recertification. Risk management, vulnerability management, phishing awareness, security incident management, internal audits, 3rd party security reviews and summarised reporting to management.
  • Cyber security identify areas of improvement around security frameworks and governance. Identifying, scheduling and tracking of continuous improvement programmes. Safeguarding the organisation's intellectual property.
  • Technical architecture reviewing technology architecture from a security perspective and providing guidance to engineering groups or improvements.
  • Security tooling managing of cyber security tooling, including proposing, implementing and managing of security tools to support the business.
  • Logging and monitoring ensuring required security logs and dashboards are in place to clearly analyse system behaviour and identify possible threats.


Reporting
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on security KPI, and performance of security processes. Preparing monthly CSSC reports and deck.
  • Supporting the segregation of Roxor Gaming from the group.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Solid people management skills providing direction, monitoring performance, motivating and mentoring staff to create a positive working environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivery of penetration testing, vulnerability management, security operations, risk management and security metrics.
  • Strong understanding of OWASP projects like Top 10, ASVS, SAMM, and DSOMM.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC27001, and ISO/IEC2700
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Proactive and selfdriven personality with a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
  • Experienced with Data Leak prevention, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security incident management processes and practise.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastmoving landscape and manage complex technology architectures.
  • Able to make decisions that are well informed and timely, and produce business cases to management for review.
  • Multitasking can manage several concurrent projects and prioritise capacity to meet business demand.
  • Frameworks of interest: ISO27001, ISO27002, RRAMDS, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials+, NIST, ISF, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA.
