Job Description:
The job will entail managing bookings, making phone calls, cold calling, working on a CRM system, assisting with technical queries, providing budgetary quotes and identifying potential prospects.
Principal responsibilities:
- Working on the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Cold calling, Calling new and existing clientele.
- Assisting with technical queries.
- Managing diaries of multiple sales reps.
- Data Capturing.
- Upselling products to existing clients.
- Booking site visits, maintenance (B2C).
- Conduct 200+ telephonic conversations a week.
- Keeping track of dates and handling aftercare support.
- Book installations and manage installation calendar.
- Compile weekly reports for sales support staff.
- Manage logger calendar and book loggers.
- Compile to do list items on Asana.
- Assist installer teams and branch managers with any issues.
- Assist sales support staff with difficult customer queries.
- Compile monthly sales report for Head of Sales.
- Manage sales support staff
- Team of + 4 staff members.
Experience:
- Matric.
- Driver's license and own transport.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
- Proficient in MS Word, Microsoft Office and Excel.
Advantageous skills include:
- Knowledge of:
- Residential Solar systems
- Experience on a CRM system
- Data Collection
- Marketing Experience
Job Types:
