THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Supporting the Legal Operations Manager within the Transactions Team across the UK and EMEA region (the " Region") including:
  • Building, updating and maintaining HighQ and/or SharePoint deal rooms and data sites
  • Branding and designing sites to support transaction management of large and complex matters
  • Developing user support materials
  • Providing desk side user support to the practice groups
  • Designing monitoring and managing automated workflows
  • Design of data visualisations
  • Managing user groups, site security and access
  • Integrating automation and workflow solutions using Contract Express, Neota Logic or Kira
  • Supporting in the delivery of structured legal project and transaction management
  • Assisting in our response to pitches and requests for proposals to deliver legal mandates using legal technologies
Working with the Legal Operations Manager to manage document automation or AI projects and serving as immediate stakeholder and interface to the transaction team

  • 3 years plus working experience (law firm environment preferred) or a strong but untested technical background or qualification

Legal Operations


In response to the needs of clients, we have combined specialist skills that provide a range of critical business support services for our clients and their in-house lawyers, notably legal project management, pricing, research, innovation and contract automation services.

This single integrated team, called Legal Operations, is a 'single place' where our clients and partners can go to access these services.

As well as aligning to the needs of our clients, we aim to provide clients with greater certainty on commercial outcomes in matters (price, budget) and greater efficiency in delivery (time, cost and scope).

Additionally, we bring innovation, automation and process improvement in our service to clients, both to drive efficiency and build opportunities to transform the client's business and operating environment.
