Requirements:

  • Experience in refrigeration body building and steel trailers is a
    MUST:
  • Supervising and training of staff
  • Should be able to listen and communicate well
  • Attentive and can listen closely to the needs of the employees
  • Experience in CNC Bending machines, Spray painting and steel trailer manufacturing is a MUST
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Machine maintenance report
  • Daily / weekly production schedules
