To provide operational support to the workforce experience within the Learning and Development (L&D) Community of Expertise (CoE), using appropriate digital tools whilst applying specialist know-how to deal with inquiries.

To resolve problems by relying on the known CoE toolkits and analysing and integrating data; escalating complex inquiries to appropriate parties as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science / Commerce.
Experience required

  • Minimum 3 -4 years' workplace experience within Learning and Development, with evidence of contribution to the People & Culture practice.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Prior experience in conducting data mining and analysis of Employee Experience data against the future requirements, to support integrated data/insights driven decision making.
  • Must have experience in Administering processes linked to attendance and feedback evaluation of all learning events and supporting the successful management of Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Prior experience and excellent understanding of Learning Governance, Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance.
