We are looking for a receptionist / office administrator for a well established company in Brits, North West. You will be the face of the business and need to be well rounded.

The job duties entail:

  • Front office reception and switchboard duties
  • Office administration (filing, stationery ordering/ issuing etc)
  • Client communication
  • Service technician administration

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 5 years working experience.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar environment.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fully bilingual and fluent in both Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Direct reporting to Operations Director/ Owner
  • Own reliable transport required
  • Reside within Brits area

Salary:
R12,500.00 per month
