We at ActionCOACH Ignite are a leading and award-winning Business Coaching firm based in Kloof and have a vacancy for an office manager & PA to the owner of our business.
Our purpose is to make a meaningful difference in the businesses and lives of our clients and our Vision is to be the most respected and recommended business coaching firm in KZN.
We currently have 104 clients and they are the epi-centre of our existence. We are extremely process driven and have a documented process for everything in our business. We are looking for a highly efficient, top quality person to join our team.- High attention to detail

Requirements:
- Own vehicle essential due to running errands
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Meeting & Greeting of Clients
- Delivery of birthday cakes to clients
- Invoicing and statements
- Debtors Collections
- Filing and keeping up to date records
- Event Management from A to Z (we host lots of seminars, workshops & events)
- Client Recruitment processes
- Social Media Posting
- Petty Cash Management
- Coach Support for 3 business coaches
- Personal errands for owner
Job Types:
