Description
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join a very busy Dispatch team at a global Car Rental company.
This role is suited for an extremely strong admin orientated person, who is up for a challenge and is prepared to grow within the company.
Your responsibilities will include dispatch administration, including driver timekeeping, overtime, fuel consumption, document handling, vehicle retrieval, and extensive reporting, thus it is important that you have intermediate Excel and excellent admin skills and are easily trainable.

Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A Valid Drivers License and own transport.
Must have at least 1 year of admin experience.
Computer literate - Excel is essential.
Be well groomed and presented.
Have excellent interpersonal and admin skills.
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.
Shift work applies to this position.
