What will you do?
Assist with financial analyses or responsible for a division providing financial accounting services. Applies principles of accounting to analyse financial information and prepare financial reports. Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.

Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.

Audits contracts, orders and vouchers and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. Installs, modifies, documents and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and control procedures. May have supervisory and/or client relationship responsibilities. What will make you successful in this role?
Responsible for Business Change and Transformation Tower financial function (Managing finances for Projects, PMO, Business Analysts, Change Managers and Consultants):
Financial management of the Tower's costs and recovery; including budgeting, monthly reporting, planning and forecasting
Monthly management meetings to present and discuss Tower and Project financial performance with Tower Heads, Service Line Managers and contributing Clients
Monthly variance analysis and commentary; and quarterly board report commentary
Evaluating project funding needs and suggesting alternative funding sources
Translating financial reports to non-financial / IT technical people
Manage relationships with Clients and Service Line Managers
Calculating and updating Charge Out rates for resource cost recovery
Preparing month end journals
Project cost allocation and invoicing
Identifying project financial governance risks and implementing process improvements and controls Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Finance
3 years relevant Finance experience within an IT environment and/or Financial Services Industry
SAP financial knowledge and experience is advantageous
