Job Summary:
You will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta & TikTok.

This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design and copy, capable of producing compelling ad visuals that drive conversions.


Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to grow our Instagram and Tiktok presence and maintaining an active connection with our community.

Experience in the healthcare industry/health supplements or similar fields is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Design ad visuals including videos focusing on high conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure KPIs are met, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform ad targeting and strategy.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Create and curate engaging content for our Instagram account to grow our following and increase engagement.
  • Stay uptodate with social media trends and our community to ensure relevant and timely content.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive community around our brand.

Copy and Design:

  • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives action.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
  • Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing content that stands out on social media platforms.

Industry-Specific Expertise:

  • Navigate advertising challenges specific to Meta, especially within the healthcare industry.
  • Implement strategies to effectively manage and optimise ads that comply with platform policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Meta & TikTok
  • Strong background in designing ad visuals and creating highconversion ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage a social media following, particularly on Instagram.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging content.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience navigating and overcoming advertising restrictions on Meta.
  • An up to date portfolio showcasing successful PPC campaigns and social media content.
