Duties & Responsibilities

  • Do stock take weekly & monthly
  • Track delivery orders
  • Administer inhouse inventory movement
  • Administer purchasing files, reports and price lists

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Qualification will be advantageous
  • At least 2 years experience as an Procurement Administrator

Experience Required:

  • Computer experience MS Office, Outlook
  • Excel minimum Intermediate level experience (must be able to demonstrate same)
  • 2 years working experience in a similar role

Skills Required:

  • Good Analytical skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
Up to R13,000.00 per month
