Attend to all telephone call registration, reregistration, reinstatement, renewal of registration queries competently with due diligence;
Attend to 'walk-in' registration; reregistration, renewal of registration; and reinstatement enquires on a daily basis.
Submit monthly and weekly reports on the work done within the registration unit;
Submit registration, reregistration, renewal and reinstatement reports as required;
Ensure all registrations information is available and in order for auditing purposes.

Assist with the review and improvement of the registration processes, policy and procedures to optimal performance of the registration unit.

Manage performance and development of subordinates

Requirements:

Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent.
Relevant bachelor degree or national diploma in public administration or equivalent
Minimum of three years in an administrative role experience
Team leadership or supervisory experience will be an advantage
Statutory body background would be advantage
Business communication skills
Automated database system
Good working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of record keeping/ documentation management systems.
Process mapping
Working knowledge of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and the SAQA systems
