Die Mensekapitaal-beampte by NWK speel 'n deurslaggewende rol om die doeltreffende werking van die

Mensekapitaal Departement te verseker. Hierdie beampte is verantwoordelik vir 'n verskeidenheid administratiewe

take, koördinering van werwingsprosesse, administrasie van werknemersrekords en ondersteuning van

mensekapitaalfunksies.

**Hoofverantwoordelikhede: **

**Administratiewe take: H**anteer tikwerk, korrespondensie, kantooradministrasie en telefoniese navrae. Verwerk

betalings en voer algemene administratiewe pligte uit, insluitend die bestuur van dokumentasie en die reël van

akkommodasie vir mensekapitaal-personeel.

**Werwingsondersteuning: H**elp met werwingsfunksies, insluitend plasing van advertensies en skakeling met

koerante. Reël onderhoude, ontvang kandidate en maak seker dat alle nodige dokumentasie gereed is.

**Hantering van dokumentasie: S**tel dienskontrakte en aanstellings
- en bevorderingsbriewe op. Fasiliteer die

dokumentasieproses vir vakatures, oorplasings, promosies en aanpassings. Verrig elektroniese liassering op

calypso en hanteer meubelvervoer-dokumentasie**.**

**Koördinering en skedulering: S**keduleer en koördineer die mensekapitaal-dagboeke, vergaderings en funksies.

Bestuur die skedulering en dagboeke van die groepbestuurder: Mensekapitaal en ander personeel. Koördineer

onderhoudskedules en hanteer skakelbord-navrae.

**Posmodule-oorsig**:Skep en wysig posprofiele op die elektroniese stelsel soos deur bestuur deurgegee. Aktiveer

en deaktiveer poste soos nodig en hou die posmodule op datum.

**Organogram-bestuur: O**ntwerp, bywerking en verspreiding van organogramme volgens vereistes van die

departemente. Maak seker dat veranderinge goedgekeur en akkuraat gekommunikeer word.

**Kliëntediens: V**erleen bystand met betrekking tot dokumentasie en aanlyn registrasies vir NWK se

Beroepsgesondheid en -Veiligheid-afdeling. Gee terugvoer oor dienslewering en ondersteun mensekapitaal
- personeel en -bestuurders met ad hoc take soos nodig. Handhaaf goeie kliënteverhoudings met alle

diensverskaffers.

**Minimum vereistes en vaardighede: **

NQF 5 menslike hulpbronne diploma of soortgelyke kwalifikasie

3 - 4 jaar relevante ondervinding in 'n korporatiewe administratiewe omgewing

Gevorderde vaardigheid in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel en PowerPoint \

Vaardigheid in Visio en SAGE-vergoedingstelsel sal as aanbeveling dien

Ten volle tweetalig in beide Afrikaans en Engels

**Purpose of the position**:
The Human Capital Officer at NWK plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Human Capital

Department. This officer is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, coordination of recruitment processes,

administration of employee records, and support for human capital functions.

**Key responsibilities: **

**Administrative tasks**: Handling typing, correspondence, office administration, and telephone enquiries.

Processing payments and performing general administrative duties, including managing documentation and

arranging accommodations for human capital staff.

**Recruitment support**: Assisting with recruitment functions, including placement of advertisements and liaising

**Handling documentation**: Compiling employment contracts and appointment/promotion letters. Facilitating the

documentation process for vacancies, transfers, promotions, and adjustments. Performing electronic filing on

calypso and manage furniture transportation documentation.

**Coordination and scheduling**: Scheduling and coordinating the human capital diaries, meetings, and functions.

Managing the scheduling and diaries of the Group Manager: Human Capital and other staff. Coordinating interview

schedules and handling switchboard enquiries.

**Job module oversight**: Creating and modifying job profiles on the electronic system as required by management.

Activating and deactivating jobs as needed and keeping the job module up to date.
