Admin and Accounts Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Administration and accounting duties relating to the processing of Customer and Supplier Accounts
Producing accurate account reconciliations, as required
Preparing and collating documents for processing from CE into Pastel
Preparing, processing, and circulating of daily customer invoicing and monthly statements
Receipt of processed documentation from administration departments for scanning and archiving
Receiving of inter-company post and external post, stamping of receipt date on all documents
Collation and distribution of post received to various departments for processing
Preparation of all documents to be processed into archiving
Preparation and processing of Supplier/ Creditors documentation
Maintaining of daily filing and archiving returns and schedules
Liaising with administration staff and following up on queries relating to archiving and storage
Monitoring of archive compliance to retention for records policy
Liaising with administration staff and plant staff, where required
Assisting the Financial Manager, where required
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
General administration and filing
Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
Studying towards or obtained a related accounting certificate / diploma / degree
Minimum One-year general administration experience.
