Minimum qualifications / skills
- Matric
- Must have driver's license
- Have own reliable transport
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Neatly presented and well groomed
- High attention to detail
- Must be willing to travel to and from Roodepoort for work
- Past experience working for an academic institution will be an advantage
Key performance areas:
- Welcome all visitors to the campus
- Handling ALL social media enquiries and communications
- Uploading of learner information on relevant Learner Management system
- Perform administrative duties
- Deal with office supplies and service providers
- Offer professional customer service
- Attend meetings when requested
- Professionally resolve customer queries or complaints
