What you'll be doing day to day:

Operations

  • Assist with all B2B operational tasks
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor and management
  • Assisting with ad hoc logistics related tasks
  • Assisting with ad hoc operational tasks

ECommerce

  • Assisting on eCommerce campaigns
  • Assisting with product descriptions and operations initiatives for the Zoie shop
  • Assist in preparing, packing and shipping Zoie shop orders
  • Assist in regular stock takes, quality checks and sorting of Zoie shop items

Events

  • Understanding requirements for each event
  • Planning event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Booking venues and schedule speakers
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
  • Evaluate event's success and submit reports

General & Administration

  • Keeping uptodate with digital technology and women's health and wellness trends
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks both general and for sales
  • Assisting with managing our affiliate marketing program
  • Assisting with in person and virtual events planning
  • Assisting with podcast production and marketing

In addition, you should have a willingness to help participate on projects no matter how large or small with a positive attitude and the ability to learn on the go.
