  • Ability to work at a fast pace and to meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Capture, upload and maintain required learner information on the Learner Management System (LMS)
  • Order new training / project supplies and materials prior to the start of each training cluster within the required timeframes
  • Communicate training dates and venues to learners
  • Monitor learners' host site attendance
  • File paperwork regularly
  • Coordinate equipment use, activities, information and resources
  • Book training venues
  • Perform any other reasonable request as directed by Senior Management
  • Coordinate the attendance registers for workplace experience and training attendance, whilst addressing and managing any absences
  • Prepare portfolios of evidence (POE's) and project files in preparation for assessing and moderation

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
