OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

Provide efficient administrative support to the Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer (CRO). Maintain open lines of communication between students, support office, external clients regarding administrative queries.

Assist Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects, as and when required.


KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Typing of documents, checking and making necessary amendments, as required
  • Assist with filing, posting, debtors, uniform orders, issuing of material and certificates.
  • Inputting sales leads into system.
  • Booking of School and Industry visits for sales and lecturer teams
  • Interpreting excel spreadsheets and update as required
  • Management of the campus diaries: confirming & rescheduling appointments of prospective students and preparation of interview forms & portfolio files.
  • Responsible for acceptance & redirection of all deliveries and managing courier system.
  • Ensuring all incoming admin forms/documents are given to staff concerned on a daily basis.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between students, support office, external clients regarding administrative queries.
  • Assist Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects, as and when required.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum: Grade 12
  • Diploma/ Degree in Communication/ Administration

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • MS Office (Full package, including MS Outlook)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • High Willingness to learn.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
