Zoho Desk Administrator
Job Overview:
The Zoho Desk Administrator will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Service Desk platform.
This role requires expertise in scripting, automation, integration, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Zoho Desk to align with organizational requirements.
- Develop and implement scripts to automate tasks and enhance system functionality using Zoho's scripting language (Deluge).
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights into service desk performance.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly through effective problemsolving and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and implement new features, workflows, blueprints, and automations.
- Stay informed about Zoho Desk updates and implement necessary software updates and upgrades.
- Manage security settings, user roles, and permissions within Zoho Desk.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Zoho Desk Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of Zoho Desk (or similar platform) configuration, customization and feature deployment.
- Experience coding in a scripting language such as Deluge, Python, Javascript or Rust.
- Proficiency in setting up ticketing workflows, blueprints, SLAs and automations.
- Integration skills and understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocol.
- Proficiency in creating and customizing reports and dashboards for analytics.
