Minimum requirements- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent

  • Section 26 Recognised/Equivalent Trade Certificate relating to Electrical LV and MV field
  • Proof of formal supervisory training in planning, Leading, Organising and control
  • MS Office proficient [Word, Excel& MS Projectsability to plan & schedule]
  • Valid First aid Certificate (Essential, if not available, must obtain at onboarding)
  • Valid EB Driver's license
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
  • Medically fit to work underground
  • At least 10 years practical experience in the mining industry, appointed in a legal position, 5 of which appointed as a GES in a legal position.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Foreman supervisory level capacity
  • Experience in writing procedures from issue based risk assessment
  • At least 5 years practical experience on winders (preferred
