  • Arrange/booking couriers
  • Seal samples
  • Briefing design team on CADs and tech packs
  • Going through fits and PPS with design and QA
  • Delivery instructions
  • Packing lists
  • Releasing orders on Fast track
  • Ordering carton labels and price stickers
  • Finalising orders for suppliers
  • Check order packing details for the suppliers
  • Performa invoices for suppliers
  • Assist in issuing orders to suppliers
  • Following up on Workbook comments from buyers
  • Prepping fit/PPS reports for suppliers
  • Prepping Fit/AQL reports for suppliers/buyers
  • Assisting the design team
  • Creating WeChat group chats

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric.
  • Relevant qualification/certificate.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Admin clerk or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be good with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be an out the box thinker, deadline driven with excellent time management skills.
  • Willing to learn, selfmotivated, proactive & innovative.
