On a daily basis you will work prospecting for your own leads and managing some inbound leads to close deals.

The role is focused on delivering 100% or more of your target in the month and year ahead.


This job is fundamental to building out the sales division of RT7 Digital and driving, maintaining and accelerating our 100% year on year overall Agency growth.

The role requires continual upskilling of your knowledge around selling on Amazon. There is a natural growth path to the Agency sales team. This will happen by demonstrating aptitude and results.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Hunting for prospects that fit the perfect client avatar
  • Relentlessly pursue targets using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and call lists
  • Conducting analysis into opportunities for inbound leads.
  • Managing a Sales Delivery Manager who needs to be setting some appointments for you
  • Supporting any inbound leads and internal lead generation activities with your own key lead generation strategy through Google searches, Linkedin Social Marketing, joining Ecommerce associations, personal networks, referrals and any other bright ideas
  • Qualifying opportunities and working these through the pipeline stages
  • Putting together client proposals, research to support the prospects requirements, competitor analyses where necessary
  • Pitch solutions and decks to prospects over video and phone calls to prospects who are predominantly in the UK (and possibly in person)
  • Closing deals and maintaining an acceptable winloss ratio
  • Accurately forecast deals for the current month and working to pull any slippage from your cover deals
  • Maintain a minimum of 4x monthly target as cover in your pipeline
  • Diligently use and maintain data in all SaaS solutions that you have as tools (Hubspot, Pandadoc, SmartScout, Helium10, Pacvue, ClickUp and others.)
  • Support our teams internally by being a presentable, professional, accountable, dependable, accurate, honest Sales Consultant.
  • Continual studying and reinforcing your deep knowledge on the Amazon marketplace
  • Be agile and willing to adapt and change and constantly be learning (and closing)
  • Complete all assigned in house training about all things Amazon

What you bring to the role:

  • Must have 5 years of sales or business development experience selling preferably Agency services,
  • An expert listener
  • Must be able to think on your feet, and perform under pressure
  • Good at managing both workflow and relationships
  • Tidy, organized with attention to detail
  • Confident, eloquent public speaker, comfortable pitching to anyone
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrable past sales figures consistently over quota
  • Contactable references relating to sales performance and sales acumen
  • Ecommerce marketplace experience, is highly advantageous
