Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organizing training sessions needed by the Company, such as mandatory health & safety training
  • Keeping records of all training sessions on the relevant platforms
  • Supporting annual Skills submissions (ATR & WSP)
  • Assisting in monthly reporting
  • Managing all data concerning the Skills segment of BBBEE within the Company
  • Preparing and implementing biannual performance evaluations for the Company
  • Handling administrative tasks for training projects like Learnerships, Bursaries, Apprenticeships, YES initiatives, etc.
  • Managing the Company's online training system
  • Coordinating with operational units
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • General HR-related tasks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in the HR field (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Performance Management (preferred)
  • Experience in annual Skills submissions and engagement with various SETA's (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant laws including BCEA, EEA, Skills Development
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized individual
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Numerical proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
