Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizing training sessions needed by the Company, such as mandatory health & safety training
- Keeping records of all training sessions on the relevant platforms
- Supporting annual Skills submissions (ATR & WSP)
- Assisting in monthly reporting
- Managing all data concerning the Skills segment of BBBEE within the Company
- Preparing and implementing biannual performance evaluations for the Company
- Handling administrative tasks for training projects like Learnerships, Bursaries, Apprenticeships, YES initiatives, etc.
- Managing the Company's online training system
- Coordinating with operational units
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- General HR-related tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- Prior experience in the HR field (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (preferred)
- Familiarity with Performance Management (preferred)
- Experience in annual Skills submissions and engagement with various SETA's (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant laws including BCEA, EEA, Skills Development
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Highly organized individual
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Numerical proficiency
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
