Our client, a leader in the Retail industry has an exciting vacancy for a Debtors and Financial Administrator

Job description:


An established and youthful brand company is looking for an energetic, vibrant and a flexible all-rounder to join their Finance team.

The successful incumbent would be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative duties, including but not limited to the following:

Debtors full function:

  • Processing and reconciling of cash books.
  • Processing and reconciling petty cash.
  • Preparation as well as processing of Journals.
  • Prepare and submit daily/ monthly reports.
  • Assist with audit preparation.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Related degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting.
  • Debtor's experience is a MUST.
  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar.
  • Experience in retail will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience with Pastel will be a benefit.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office and Excel is a MUST.

Salary:
R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (required)

Experience:

  • Debtors: 2 years (required)
  • Retail: 1 year (preferred)
  • Pastel: 1 year (required)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
