Seeking a young, energetic female admin assistant (prefereably aged to the PA to the Chairman of a financial company.

  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Flexible and able to respond to tasks swiftly

The position's job description includes:

  • Assisting the PA in making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman and Directors, as well as all related tasks
  • Assisting with admin work, reports, data capturing
  • Liaising with people on behalf of the company
  • Ad hoc duties from the PA, Directors and upper management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • A secretarial diploma is an advantage
