  • Experience processing orders, quotations and invoices
  • Computer literate on MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of ERP Software
Duties
  • Capturing of customer orders
  • Invoicing of delivery documents once completed
  • Raw material tracking and capturing production documentation
  • Assisting with customer quotations and query resolution
  • General administrative duties e.g., filing, reporting, printing of waybills / labels, etc.
