Job Purpose
Implements and executes Talent Management and Talent Acquisition programs.

Works with the business to understand hiring needs, and is responsible for tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, pre-boarding and employer branding.


Responsibilities

Future Talent Recruitment

  • Contribute to the creation of future talent recruitment campaigns
  • Review and analyse external research on the values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers
  • Research and analyse recruitment channels (including career fairs) for graduates/school leavers
  • Draft communications and events content

Recruitment Campaigns

  • Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns
  • Propose channel and media selections and messaging content
  • Draft communications and events content

Vacancy Profiling

Employee Pre-boarding

  • Carry out a range of complex onboarding and/or offboarding processes (for example, enhanced vetting or the calculation of severance payments) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion

Manage Assessments and Selection

  • Contribute to the creation of assessment centers
  • Tailor preexisting assessment exercises
  • Draft new content as directed
  • Draft documentation

Talent Pipeline

Interview Process

  • Follow a specified interview framework and/or administer work simulations
  • Evaluate/score evidence against recruitment criteria

Talent Data Management

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided and enter into HR information systems, following defined procedures

Self-Management

  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
  • Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Plan and prioritise, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands
