The Benefits:

  • Salary of UP to R9000 (depending on experience).

  • Experience delivering service / sales for a US/UK Telecommunications company
  • Advantageous.
  • A minimum of 6 12 months Customer service experience in a contact centre environment.
  • An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Driven with a passion to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
  • Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers.
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs.
  • Computer literate with the ability to 'type and talk'.
  • Target driven and selfmotivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets.
