Job Responsibilities
  • Meet Income Financial Targets consistently, including analyzing financial viability for each client
  • Contain costs and implement efficiencies to improve business profitability
  • Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
  • Monitor work output to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements
  • Manage client accounts diligently and in line with trust objectives
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Build strong relationships within the team and across departments
  • Comply with risk standards and internal policies

Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Fiduciary (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in law, Accounting, or Tax (preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in the fiduciary business
Technical Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and banking systems
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance
  • Experience with fiduciary software and systems
  • Sound banking knowledge and principles
