Position Overview:

Perform duties of removing approved parts and accessories accurately as per agreed OEM standard operating procedures and requirements. Assembly of parts and accessories may also be required as part of standard duties.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

Job Outputs:

  • Remove, assemble and fit parts and accessories to vehicles as per OEM requirements and procedures.
  • Support technicians during vehicle repairs when parts and/or accessories need to be repaired or replaced.
  • Maintain safe and clean working conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant experience within the autobody/workshop environment.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Relevant trade certification (e.g. Panelbeating) or other relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum Requirements?:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to communicate comfortably in English.

Please note:
This role will require that the additional duties of an Assembler also be performed.
