Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and payroll administration? We are seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to bring relief for an employee going on maternity leave.
As the HR & Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR and payroll processes.
Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be critical to our success.Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Monthly Preparation & Issuing Payslips
Issue payslips to employees ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Contracts
- Recruitment
- UIF Registrations Updates & UI19
Manage UI19 forms and related documentation.
- Assisting with Tender Compiling
- Qualification Verification Checks
- Provident Fund Related Issues
- Overseen Medupi & Kusile Administrators
- Sundry Orders
- Weekly Meetings with Medupi & Kusile Administrators
- Chairing Daily Logistics Meetings
- Compiling Logistics - Diesel Spreadsheet Daily
- Approving Daily Diesel Orders on WhatsApp
- Medical & Induction Booking
- Assisting in Analyzing Monthly Wage Bureau Spreadsheet
- Leave Recon for Truck Drivers
- Yearly Bonus Calculations
- Additional Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR and payroll matters.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to support organisational goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
