Purpose of the Job:
To provide a Professional Call Logging, 1st and 2nd Line Response Service to Vexall Customers in order. to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
Key Outputs:
- Service Desk 1st and 2nd Response and Call Logging
- Provide Remote Support to Clients
- Call Escalation and Management
Minimum Skills Required & Job Specific Requirements:
- Must have completed a 3
- or 4
- year IT Qualification at a recognized higher Learning Institution
- Must fluently speak Afrikaans and English
- Matric is essential.
- Advantageous to have Linux, Windows, SQL experience
- Computer Hardware Knowledge (A+ or N+)
- Customer focused.
- Good allround communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Wellmannered and even tempered
