Reception and switchboard duties

Receiving and taking chick sales orders telephonically

Liaising with hatchery and egg room, regarding cash counter sales

Receiving and receipting of cash and reconciling of petty cash

Compiling of documentation and capturing of data

Daily liaison with customers and our technical advisors

Relief duties for Sales co coordinator and Sales and Technical Administrator

Assisting Sales and Technical Manager in compiling of documentation

Responsible for catering for visitors, supplier, farmers days and customer meetings

Responsible for the capturing and scanning of new employees finger prints

Stock control and ordering of admin stationery and consumables

Minimum of a grade 12 education.

Must have excellent communication skills

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)

Friendly, presentable, energetic and reliable and able to work under pressure

Work with a high level of accuracy, motivation and commitment to service excellence

Able to work overtime from time to time if required
