Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Manage general administration.
  • Issue furniture packing lists to the warehouse team and ensure timely and accurate execution, working with the Operations and Logistics department
  • Compile décor and furniture packing lists in Microsoft Excel for events.
  • Assist management with the logistics (staff, crew, transport etc.) required to convert orders into successful events, including the relevant paperwork.
  • Maintain contact lists (suppliers and clients).
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Capture staff overtime spreadsheets.
  • Manage office supplies and gifting.
  • Manage staff documentation such as work permits, visas, leave application forms, letters of appointment etc.

Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric.
  • Additional relevant tertiary qualification will be a plus.
  • Previous work experience in an administrative role.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and busy environment.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
  • Excellent people skills with a love for people.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
