About The Opportunity Our AMEE team (Africa, Middle East & Europe) are currently searching for a Business Development Manager, Geology based in Johannesburg.

In this role you will build and convert pipelines of leads into sales of Micromine's exploration solution, Micromine Origin.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited too:
Developing and executing strategies to identify potential clients.
Contacting and qualifying new leads.
Managing the end-to-end sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
Ensuring optimal product delivery and client training via the Service team.
Participating in marketing events such as trade shows and product launches.
Effective market intelligence and feedback into the global product team related to ongoing evolution of client requirements.

About You You will have experience in the mining/geology industry and a proven background in B2B sales (min 3 years experience) with a successful track record of delivering new clients.


Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Tertiary qualification (ideal).Experience with selling software / SaaS solutions / consulting or mining technology.
Well-versed in managing the full end-to-end sales process.
Strong prospecting and qualification skills.
Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform.
Self-starter and team player.
